Id argue Rosen may be a better choice as a backup on this roster. Better upside if you're also a Winson believer.

I would rather go with the three we have now. I head that Rosen is a poor leader and very unpopular with his teammates.

You’re kidding yourself that 3rd string isn’t already Book. He was from the second we drafted him as it should be. If we are down to 3rd string we are fricked anyway so why not take a chance on a young guy versus someone you already know isn’t very good.

I used to think that maybe, just maybe, SP could turn Rosen into a pretty good QB. The reality is that if Shanahan couldn’t do it, I doubt anyone can. Stay where we are.

We have a rookie who shows promise and 2 NFL starters as 1 and 2. We are just fine in the QB room.
