He was an OC. Many things out of his control.
Also, look at everyone that's been there since Tepper bought the team. It's been a mess and it was way above Joe's pay grade to fix

Be careful with all this love for Brady. He was an abject failure while Matt Rhule was in Carolina....did not finish out the season. He had the luxury both at LSU and Buffalo of having generational talent at QB. He did not have that luxury at Carolina and sure will not have it with the Saints.

Anarumo was a hot candidate a couple years ago. Eberflus was also good in indy. Saleh will probably be most sought after. DA will have options. There will be some interesting DCs available.
