Yes they did, and to answer the second question, I have no idea. I just know that what we have works, and inferring one way or another re: your questions is nothing more than speculation.

I think people are underselling the culture in our locker room right now. One acquisition isn’t going to blow it up. I’d actually look at the recent comments from AB as a positive. He’s not going to be someone our young guys look up to and are influenced by.

Brees will not extend his current contract. I have it on good authority that is the last thing he would ever do. Saints were lucky to get him to agree to playing this season, he is ready to retire.

Raiders make the most sense really given their draft capital and probably dumb enough to pay him whatever, they could use a star with the move to Vegas looming.

AB only made sense here if he were ring chasing, but everything indicates to that not being the case. The cost of acquiring him and then giving him his contract demands is just going to leave a small amount of suitors l.
