i love Kamara, i really do, but at this point, i think we need someone to replace him, not just compliment him...
he has looked absolutely disinterested on the field, and with his legal situation looking murky, it may be time to get a new multipurpose back in the backfield...

But Gibbs accelerates much faster, like a Jamaal Charles/Chris Johnson.
Gibbs is more in the mold of Charles than AK

Agree don’t need kamara 2.0

He’s a nice back I’d take him at 29 or 40

Agreed.
You will still flashes in games, but many times he’s taking the path of least resistance and doing all he can to avoid contact. I get it from his perspective, but he’s not the threat he was early in his career.
RBs are like thoroughbred horses. You run them hard for the first few years of their careers then look to move on to the next young stud.
I’ve always thought Gibbs reminded me of Kamara going back to his HS recruiting days when I was really hopeful LSU could pull him away late from Georgia Tech.
Unless there is a really good prospect at a more premium position at 29 I wouldn’t hate Gibbs there

True, but you can get those guys in the late rounds or as cheap FA, even an UDFA. If you want a guy with 4.3 speed who can also catch the ball, you have to draft him early. After Gibbs and Achane are gone, there's no one comparable in the draft.

Bigsby sucks his production fell off he was better when he was a freshman.

Kamara has been one of the most effective backs between the tackles since he’s been in the league.
Tbh you really need 2 RB. One in FA, one in the draft imo

1100 yards, 10 TD’s in 2021
970 yards, 10 TD’s in 2022
834 Yards, 5 TD’s in 2020

No, we need to replace AK. He's past his athletic prime, will likely decline past this point, and now we have to deal with offseason headaches.

Perine, mostert, and foreman should be in our spending range. Montgomery probably too high, but I'd love him

I still want Spears if we can get him late tho that would be a steal I think. Talented player and will go over well with the base.
