This isn't on Spags. This is on pathetic OLB play. Herring was supposed to fill on Charles TD run & hit no one. On the last run, Harper & Shanle got owned & allowed for a huge lane for Charles.

Anyone blaming Spags when we have the worst front 4 in the NFL, below average LBs, and below average DBs, is foolish. You can only do so much when you have no talent. Give him time to acquire some talent first.

They scored 24 points against the Falcons. They've put up big yards, especially on the ground. The defense has given up 16 points so far even with the offense stalling for a lot of this half.
I'd say the defense is performing decently so far.
