Is Carr underpaid ?

With Dak getting 60 million a year, (Lmao). And with Carr being the best qb in the league his last 5 starts. Is he now underpaid?

Dak was earning $40mm per year previously compared to Derek’s on paper $37.5mm.
Dak is now at $60mm per year
people on this forum think Carr has an “albatross” of a contract, cap hell; etc etc. when wide receivers and DE’s are in the 30’s now.
What does that tell you about their opinions?

Derek Carr played lights out yesterday. And he played well at the end of last year. But give me the chance to get out of his contract, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I hope he proves me wrong

I have to agree with you on this. Carr's contract was never that bad. Even when he wasn't playing his best. 37 mil for a top 15/18 guy is cheap.

If it was that easy why didn’t Bryce light it up yesterday in the 2nd half? It was ultimate garbage time?
