Is Aaron Glenn truly the dark horse in this race?

I'm starting to see a lot of Tomlin like similarities in style and coaching arch. Familiar with organization. Seems to have a more alpha personality than Dennis Allen to be honest. Was here in 2020 when Jameis came so maybe that gives us a chance to resign him if that's a direction we want to go.

Maybe let Allen walk and promote Nielsen to DC. Or even promote Kris Richard to DC. Point is there are options there.

Dark horse?

I'd say a frontrunner along with DA.

considering his ties to New Orleans, his reputation, his familiarity with the staff, and the fact he is one of two candidates that has been named for an interview, I would think he is at most a slight underdog to DA

yeah, i guess personally speaking, it just seemed like an easy guy to throw into the interview process but in evaluating this a bit further, i think i severely underestimated the possibility here of what Glenn may be or could be becoming. Dare i say i rather Glenn over Allen. I'm just not convinced Allen has an alpha enough personality to command respect from an entire organization through both ups and downs.

I’d prefer Glenn over Allen. Just seems Glenn commands the room better

Hope not. I would rather hire Kellen Moore as head coach over Aaron Glenn. Hey it worked before poaching A Dallas coach, why not try it again for a second time. 2 times can't hurt can it? I realize Kellen Moore is not a Sean Payton but did ya know Sean was that kind of an offensive genius before when hired him ??

He had a pretty good rep. Did we know he would be what he is no.

I know this is unfair to Moore. But i dont want him based on that Draw play for dallas with 13 seconds on the clock. Its really hard to call someone a genius after that.
