Unfortunately yes. The unfortunate part is that's how bad our quarterback situation has been historically.

Brooks was a lot like Jameis Winston. Put up big numbers but always made bonehead plays that would just kill a drive and eventually a game.

Are Drew, Bobby, and Carr the only Saints QB’s with a career winning record as a starter?

Archie and Brooks had losing records for sure.

Billy Kilmer

what did he play like 1 year for the Saints. As long as you don't put Carr in that list I am good.

I would also say that Bobby gave NO a better career than Archie did.

Needing a win against the Carolina Panthers to keep their playoff chances alive on the final Sunday of the 2002 regular season, the Black and Gold struggled mightily under quarterback Aaron Brooks who played with a bum throwing shoulder.

With each passing minute and failed offensive possession, the cries for change grew louder. “We want Jake! ... We want Jake! ... We want Jake!’‘ Their pleas went unanswered. In the end, Coach Jim Haslett stayed with Brooks and kept backup Jake Delhomme on the sideline with the Saints eventually losing the game (10-6) and blowing an opportunity to make the playoffs. A few months later, Delhomme signed a free-agent contract with the Panthers and guided the young franchise into Super Bowl XXXVIII against the New England Patriots in his very first season. The rest is history.

Haslet....

Bobby didn’t give shite. He played with one of the best defenses in the league.

Steve Walsh was 10-9

So unless you want to count guys with less than a full season of starts (Taysom, Fourcade, Winston, Teddy…) then the list stops at 4

Hell, I'd put Everett over Brooks. Of course Brooks has the Saints record for backwards passes. There is that.

So many QBs that should had been put out to pasture. Todd, Stabler, Everett , Blake , Winston, Red Viking, Danny Wurrfel, guy from Tennesse #22, Bobby Horbert something like that.

Probably but that is a sad commentary on the history of the Saints quarterback position.

Eh....the good ones stick around so you don't have to go very far down the list for a bad one.

Packers would be Favre, Rodgers, Starr, Love, then....Don Majkowski?

Colts would be Manning, Luck, Harbaugh, Bert Jones, and ... Jeff George?

Steelers have Bradshaw and Roethlisberger, Layne, then...Slash? Bubby? Maddox? Yikes.

Bengals would be Burrow, Esiason, Dalton, Anderson, and .... ?

Patriots are thin after Brady and Bledsoe.
