The precentage is higher and getting larger.
And this isn't just confined to Saints fans, it's everywhere. When you have 40 year old men fighting and being assholes to people, chances are that they have kids who think this is how you're supposed to act at ball games. Unfortunately, those kids will probably reproduce and create further generations of douche bags.

There were multiple incidents in the Terrace last night.
While there are always incidents up there, there were more tonight than I think I saw most of the entire year last year.
Its just people drinking all day, opening day people really psyched up, a defensive game that bandwagoners consider "boring", etc.

pretty much, plus you could end up in OPP where there is a 50% chance they leave your white arse in there and "lose you in the processing system" for a couple days

And then there are the other 99%. We were standing in the beer line on the terrace level and this guy walked past with the purple "we dat" shrit on. I started telling him " you aint dat you aint dat". He stopped to talk and we actually had a pretty good conversation. He commented on how nice and hospitable the Saints fans were and how he enjoyed the good natured ribbing he got while wearing that shirt. He shared some horror stories about watching games in Chicago as Viking fan and how rude and obnoxious the Bears fans were.

If I were the Minnesota fan I would sue.

There is this thing called "common sense" that, if used, will prevent many altercations from occurring.
In other words, what did his common sense tell him would happen when he flipped off someone in the enemy bathroom 1,200 miles from home? "I hope he washes his hands before he slaps me on the back and has a good chuckle."

Something like this happened to us two years ago in the terrace and we were Saint's fans. A couple of people in our group had LSU hats to go with their Saints shirts on. The assholes behind us starting pouring beer on the women in our group "accidentally". When we called them on it they apologized but before long they had called several of their buddies in nearby sections to come back them up. They then started the same crap again and security showed up. Security actually asked us to leave as we were not regulars and were outnumbered about 8 guys to 3. We waited at the tunnel entrance for the perpetrators to come out but they didn't come out anywhere near us. This was at the Minnesota game two years ago on Monday night. I also noticed several Minny fans basically being assaulted and abused all games by fans in that area. I love the Saints and love the dome but shite like that ruins the experience. We have LSU season tickets and although some "Tigerbaiting" gets a little too rough sometimes I have never seen conduct as bad as that night. The terrace area is getting pretty thugged out in the dome.

Glad to see the terrace peasants having fun at the game.

Another reason to hate that LSU fans are becoming Saints fans.

its no worse that the plaza.
FWIW i didnt see any incidents last night.
Suffice to say, there will always be assholes at the game, esp night games like last night. Im not making excuses, but that is the bottom line.

i've always thought those types of people are the positigers i read on the rant.

plaza end zones are pretty equal to the terrace, the rest not so much.
Posted on 9/10/10 at 3:54 pm to NIH
plaza sideline has plenty of trash. the whole dome does for that matter, outside of the club level.
