Could happen, tyran would be the perfect mentor for Stingley, if he's there at 16 you have to take him based on frosh year and potential alone.

If we make another trade to move into the top 10 to draft an oft injured, no chest CB which is not remotely a position of dire need, I may lose it.

Anyone that said F Chase is a joke. Everyone with any knowledge of LSU knows that they were being sticklers on drug tests and he said “fine, I’ll stay healthy, be a 1st pick, and smoke a blunt here and there”. LSU showed the Ill will, not Chase.
With that said, I’ll melt if we waste a pick on Stingley based off current needs. We have 3 legit corners and a freak nickel in CGJ. Please, no more DBs.

I wouldn't mind Weatherford as Safety in the 6th if he is there. I think he is going to be a steal. But we need OT and WR help long before DB.

Based on what? His last two seasons didn't show that. I won't be better than Lattimore for sure. And we would be lucky if he was better than Adebo. So why spend a 1st round pick on a guy that has a low possibility of beating out our two starters when we need starters at other positions. But yeah LSU or whatever

I mean from a Talent standpoint you’d have to consider him if he’s there I suppose. But CB isn’t a need. Lattimore is arguably top 5 at the position. We brought Roby back and Adebo showed flashes of what he could be. Staff is probably really high on him.

Remember when lattimore was injured leading up to draft… he fell to us at 14. Stingley can do the same with the other players available with no injury concern…
