Than why did everyone want the Rams to lose. A gurantee first round bye is more important

The bears beating the rams isn’t a bad thing. One seed is great.

The vigor with which it was rooted for was a bit short sighted though I agree. Very few people even considered the pros of having the rams win.

We lose Monday night and the bears beat GB and people will be rethinking that one track thinking. But we can cross that bridge when we come to it. For now it’s fine

Rooting for a better shot at having the 2 seed rather than enjoying being in the drivers seat for the 1 seed? What a cuck...

It’s pretty logical. The bye is much more important than the 1 seed, especially bc the 1 would be in LA. And the team were holding off is Chicago.

A bye, winning at home, winning at LA.

A bye, winning at home, winning at home.

Winning at home, winning at Chicago, winning at LA.

The degree of difficulty is exponentially higher behind door number 3.

If you guranteed a first round bye and you know the Rams aren't going lose their remaining weak opponents you can rest your starters. Losing a key player will hurt you more than playing in LA

I wouldn’t stoop to expecting us to lose 2 of our last 3 games which would need to happen + Bears winning out in order for us to lose out on a bye. The bears have as tough of a remaining schedule as us, think you are just being a cuck. Be glad we almost assuredly have a bye, plus are in the drivers seat for 1 seed. Playoffstatus.com has odds at 96% we get one of the top 2 seeds

To completely write off the benefits of securing the two seed is to show an insane amount of hubris and a complete disregard of risk/reward analysis.

It’s fine that the bears won. But it would’ve been equally as fine had the rams won.

So if any significant player gets injured for the rest of the regular season that somehow justifies not wanting to have the number 1 seed? You think SP would have rested all starters for 2 games going into the playoffs?

This is pathetic. Also, if we can't win 2 of these final 3, then we weren't winning shite in the playoffs anyways.

He would start pulling starters after the first half trust me. If MT or AK got hurt our chances of winning it all drops big time
