I don’t think Kubiak is head coach material at all. He has the least amount of personality I’ve ever seen of anyone ever

Have you seen Allen’s interviews and his personality lol? Teams can’t take him as OC in a lateral move. Has to be promoted to head coach.

He has alot more personality during practice than what you see at a press conference. Players have said how animated he can get at practice, plus there are videos. Kubiak is still a lamp post at practice. I’m not knocking his ability to call plays

That is what we are on track for now. If the offense keeps rolling, Kubiak is 100% a head coach next season and our offense goes back to last year. It is what it is. Let’s just enjoy the ride.
