Carmichael is not a leader, he is a follower and is way over his head as the top guy running the whole offense.

I remember Payton in his first year as a rookie HC, he had a plan and a belief. He focused on the little thing because that is where you win games. Those little things like not making mental mistakes, not being lazy on plays, not turning over the ball, not rounding breaks, not blowing assignments, etc, etc, etc.

He was about discipline and accountability from every player. Next man up!

This is what they team is now lacking. The enforcer.

Now, the caveat. This is an old team and new coaches can't come in an dog on older players the same as they can the young ones. Its hard for new coaches to have power and control over older veteran players.

Winston led us to (1) TD in the first three quarters of the first 3 games. 9 total quarters, 1 TD

Dalton has now matched that
