He was not asked to win the game, just manage it & he did a pretty good job. Team really stepped it up with Drew’s absence. That is a tough place to win a game no matter who is under center. Going into Sunday, Wilson was 50-12 at home. A great W !

Highest paid back-up QB in the NFL! Doesn't play like it. His 2 TD passes were a screen that was all Kamara and a 1 yard pass with 3 blockers in front of him. This was a team win, despite the QB play. If you take the money as the most premium back up QB i for one expect you to play like it!

As the highest paid, I just expect him to win. At the end of the day that is all he should be judged on in Drew's absence. He's 1-0 as a Saints starter and that was a road game in Seattle in the rain. Now he moves to the polar opposite setting for next weeks matchup, a home game in prime time in the Dome. I like our chances.

He took what the defense gave him, moved the ball down the field, controlled the clock, and put us in the position to win the game. Guess what boys, that's been the Saints' offense for the past 10 years! Of course he's no Drew Brees, no one is, but he did what a coach asks his QB to do. There were little things that I'm sure he will clean up in the next few days, but he was fine.

Agreed with all of that. We been dinking and dunking for a few years now. What really gets me is how many people actively want Teddy to fail. Like this is their team....and they want a dude to fail. Insanity
