This is where a 10 year veteran QB would step in and have a come to Jesus talk with a young guy like Olave. Unfortunately Carr is a huge part of the problem, a terrible leader and not very bright so he can’t do that.

Where do you get that from? From all reports throughout the year I’ve read and from guys like Kamara and Mike, Carr is a big leader and puts in the work. Not very bright? Lmao y’all are just making shite up now

He is definitely not running and finishing his routes. He is soft and is never looking for extra yards. Avoids contact at all costs.

I can't think of a player I have been more disappointed with, maybe ever.
He was awesome last year, and looked to be a complete stud coming in to this year. Looked good game 1.
I thought he was going to be a top 10 WR in the league.
But he is mentally weak beyond belief. A pouting little bitch that has given up and won't even bother with routes if he's not getting the ball.
Its 100% mental and he needs to get it together.
