Sell it to an owner that GAF about whether it’s successful or not instead of a heels up socialite that has turned over the team to the worst GM in the league.

Start at the top...just clean house! Then seriously consider the fact that there are too many older players that we are hanging on to out of loyalty. This is a business, folks...loyalty may be fine morally, but it won't win many games.
Rattler is not the answer at QB!

it's insane that he's capable of the 2006/2017 draft classes and just absolutely incapable the majority of the other years.

Cuts, trades, surplus of pick, which way should we go in you opinion?

Imo
We gotta try to flip these vets and get picks and more cap space, also we really need to start over in the front office.

Nothing will change with Loomis calling the shots on player selection. Multiple years of draft misses has taken it's tolls. Not that coaching doesn't matter, but you must have the players who can be coached. Loomis is the one constant that must be removed.

I would certainly NOT trade future early-mid picks

We have to trade Olave and get what we can for him. Paying him even market rate would be a disaster.

Re-signing Kamar was insanely stupid and we need to use our cap space to dump him and get whatever value we can. Take the accelerated hit now.

Otherwise, it's just the basics. Accumulate picks. Draft well. Avoid major free agent signings and use cap space in the future for cheap trades. Create stablity and a winning culture (TBD if Moore can do this, but early results are very bad).

If you have a young guy waiting in the wings, you need to start playing them. This season is completely lost. All your draft picks need to be on the field.

- Shough needs to start over Rattler
- Stutsman needs to start over Werner
- Riley needs to start over Yidam
- Miller and Neal need to take carries from Kamara.
- Tipton or Palmer need to take Cooks' spot
- Matavao needs to start seeing the field
- Diggs should be called up to the roster and get playing time.
- Simpkins should replace Ruiz immediately

IMO, Brandin Cooks, Ike Yadam, Pete Werner, Nate Shepherd should no longer be counted on as starters. This should be a year of evaluation of young guys.

Rattler is the young guy in that scenario

I believe Demario would be the one out there.

It's a QB league, and the team does not have its QB of the future on the roster. If Rattler's the guy for now, they wasted a precious 2nd on Shough. If Shough is the future guy, they are wasting games playing Rattler. If neither is the guy, they might as well ride with Shough and target a QB in R1 next year.

Saints have invested enough in OL over the years to stick with what they have (but improvement and some changes are vital). A good QB cures a lot of ills.

Why can't it simply be Shough could be a guy but there's no sense in rushing him on field if he's not ready. Dart hasn't even made a start yet. Nobody will be the guy if Ruiz can't even block his shadow.

Go back to your she shed.

Dart has nearly 400 more passing attempts in his college career experience

Out of all those ideas, one of them is good.
I’ll never say which one.

Fire the entire front office and start from scratch. Hire someone from Baltimore. Start with there GM and offer the Saints GM job to them and go down the line in their organization until someone says yes and give them total control.
