How much does Bridgewater play tonight, if at all? *the answer is none, thanks everyone*

You're not going to make up your mind on your investment in one meaningless preseason game against the rams third and fourth stringers. But you'd like to see a little bit of him before it starts to count.
A few series? An entire half since Savage and Barrett are likely but making the roster? Or just make him watch?

Not at all. I thought for a sec they may throw him in there for a series or something cause it's the 4th preseason game but the dude hasn't even practiced with us yet

Not at all. He doesn’t even know the language to call plays, let alone know the plays.
Screw those up and you end up with penalties and turnovers.

not to mention we're paying millions for the best backup in the league not to be jeopardized by injury in a game in which hasn't participated in one practice with when we got mostly 2nd to 3rd and 4th stringers in the game.

Aren't a lot of NFL playcalls essentially universal, only real differences being certain terminology and detail in the call? Like the big difference in Payton's calls is the different layers of routes, protections, and calling an backup play. But he could dumb that down a good bit for Teddy's plays, pretty much what he had to do with Grayson.

Prob not at all. I reckon they’ll play Savage a lot in hopes to show him off for another team. Could maybe get a 6 or 7 for him. Otherwise we’ll just cut him

Remember that time Josh Freeman played for the Vikings after being there 10 days, so he played like shite cause he had no timing with the offense and started one more game for the rest of his career? Bridgewater probably just got off a flight to New Orleans like 3 hours ago.

I was thinking at most one series with some really vanilla calls and any passes out of shotgun so he can see any pressure and not take a hit.
