He has the Saints in this position. When does Gayle wake up and remove him?

No Loomis. He is the architect of the mess this franchise is in.

You mean the guy who helped turn this franchise around and has produced a competitive team most years he’s been here? I don’t think he will be shown the door anytime soon.

Bookmark this from a year and two years from now. If you can’t see where he’s had this team headed for the last few years, I can’t help you.

Who's going to fire him? Gayle? Lauscha is basically our owner and decision maker.

That’s fine, but that’s the past. He’s also the guy that hired Dennis Allen and allowed the team to get too old and have too much money committed to underperforming players like Kamara, Thomas and Jordan.

Gayle has basically said he will be willed part of the team when she dies. He’s not going anywhere. Ever.

We tried to make a team Brees could win with to end his career. Then we tried to pivot to a younger QB. Time is running out on this version of the Saints. Allen was a “safe” hire and isn’t panning out. I give this version of the Saints one more year to try to k it out, then time to blow it up and rebuild.

Everybody that says Allen was a "safe" hire, who would you have hired as HC?

Hiring NFL coaches isn’t my job, but the GM could have done a legit search to hire an up and coming coach instead of a retread already on staff. Mike McDaniel, Kevin O'Connell, Brian Daboll are all doing really well. Maybe take a chance on Aaron Glenn if you wanted to go defense.

Allen inspired nothing and hasn’t brought anything to this team. It was a “safe” hire to keep continuity.

Gayle is not going to fire anyone and Allen will get two years too many. Especially if we never get a QB.

So you would rather us be starting mark Ingram? Kamara has been producing these last few weeks. The problem wasn’t Kamara though it’s that we are using him less in the passing game. When he gets involved great things happen.

Thomas is the contract that looks the worse but it sounds like he may be back soon.

And we get Jordan for a good price. He only has 3.5 sacks so far but he is elite in the run game. He’s well worth the money we pay for him. And he’s literally always healthy.

The issue with this team is coaching and lack of a QB though.

And that’s why he will still be in NO several years from now without any postseason success in those years.

This entire franchise has a Buddy scheme going. I’m not sure they’re capable of firing anyone that’s been here for a long time.
