You'll need an internet stream from the future.

Gravity distance and time are all intertwined. If you could manage to generate enough gravity, you could in theory decrease distance or time in order to enter he future.
Download a stream of the game, then return back to
Avoid missing your shift tonight.

You should be ok to then stream it while at work, assuming there wasn't some major software upgrade tonight that renders the future video unplayable to the “what will be obsolete software” you are using today to try to play said future video this evening.

I think the gravity would have to be increased around him at his place of work (slows time down), but not at the dome (regular time) - so the game takes place while he’s still at work.

Theoretically possible if you can create a gravity well around his work.

Didn’t you watch that movie Interstallar or whatever it’s called? They leave a spaceship at high orbit around a black hole with one dude left behind in it and go to a planet in lower orbit closer to the black hole.

They were only gone for a few hours in low orbit, but like 20 years had passed in high orbit. The dude that stayed behind was gray.

Imagine all the games you could watch in one shift at work!

Edit: thanks! Gravity was Clooney.
