This is what Hill is good at, catching passes and playing fullback, that's his strengths running and catching. Payton needs to dial the passing down except for the occasional trick pass out of a running play.

Because he is going into corners and safeties not tackles and middle linebackers. He is a finesse back with power breaking out of wrap up tackles. Alvin isn't a fricking hammer. His is a Lamborghini.
