Saints win out
Seattle needs to lose once more outside of their remaining game against SF (at LAR, at CAR, v ARZ)
Seattle needs to beat SF in Seattle
Vikings need to beat GB in Minnesota

Saints 13-3
Seahawks 13-3
Packers 12-4
DAL/PHI
Niners 13-3
Vikings 12-4

Niners would have to lose one more game in your scenario

A 13-3 Saints team loses out to a 13-3 niners team due to head to head

So we root for rams tonight. That’s gonna be hard but I think I can do it.

Not if they already lost the division tiebreaker to the Seahawks.

Even if Seattle wins their division over 49ers?

No they don't. A 13-3 SF team loses the head to head with Seattle and is automatically the 5th seed

Those other teams have powder puff schedules. We will likely be playing wildcard weekend.

Would have been a lot easier had we beaten the Falcons. All we’d need is a Seahawks victory over the Niners in Seattle.

We have easier remaining schedules than the remaining #1 contenders imo

Seattle has Rams and SF. SF has@Seattle. GB has the Bears, who have started clicking offensively, and @Minny

suuuuuure, got about as much chance of that happening as we do of getting more time put on the play clock and continue the game we lost until we win it

We have tricky games vs Indy and Tennessee remaining. Who knows with the panthers.

The Saints aren’t winning out.

Tennessee is hot at the moment. I’m not confident having to go up there and play them.

Who knows what the Panthers will be doing.

Not necessarily in a 3-way tie.

We beat Seattle, so head to head could be even between the 3 teams.

And if Seattle wins their division, the Niners are a WC team.

There can't be a "three way tie". Only a tie between the Saints and the West division champ. If Seattle and San Fran are both 13-3 and the Seahawks beat them twice then Seattle wins the west. Then you have the tiebreaker between Seattle and the Saints. The Saints won heads up so they would get the 1.

Even if we don't get the 1 seed. We need Green Bay to drop one more and we need to win out. We'd get the 2 seed and a bye with one of the West teams having to be a Wildcard.

It’s not likely but getting the 2 seed is. The way the Packers have been playing, I’m sure they will drop at least one game to either the Bears or Lions or Vikings.

We need the 2 seed just for the bye week and rest. It’s so hard to win three playoff games as well. I have full confidence we can go on the road to San Francisco and win. It’s hard to beat a team twice and next time we’ll be better prepared. They will too but we rarely got to use Cook that game. He was about to shred them a new a-hole
