Well considering our defense has the lowest yards per carry in the NFL I'd say yes we in fact do stop the run

well bob, in theory wouldn't you want to run the ball more to limit our offense's time on the field?

Best rushing defenses in terms of YPA

1. Saints at 3.1
2. Dallas at 3.6
3. Houston at 3.6
4. Minnesota at 3.7
5. Baltimore at 3.8

...you were saying?

And so is Kamara, Thomas, Smith, Meredith, Watson, Ingram, etc. I'll take Brees against no Rhodes and no pass defense.

We are going to rip them a new a-hole.

I expect the screen game to be huge this week.

Also gotta wonder if our stats against the run are reflective of playing only one team (Cleveland) that is running the ball well.

Cleveland - 5th
Tampa - 31st
Atlanta - 28th
NYG - 27th
Baltimore - 22nd
Wash - 20th

But let’s not act like Matt Ryan, Goff or rodgers wouldn’t eat them alive at this moment in time

They’d eat over half the defenses in the nfl alive at this point in time. Doesn’t make them the worst.

Hello?

The only stat that matters is Ws & Ls.

Only the Rams wouldn't trade with the Saints in the NFC.
