If we get Kellen Moore you have to say that we did well.

so you're saying that we basically negotiate a contract with a guy's agent before even speaking to him? Are you retarded?

Don’t be stupid. I’m talking about having the leg work done beforehand so they aren’t spinning their wheels which is currently what is occurring.

During the process things also change. Brady figured out this was a bad fit (or he was no longer a preferred candidate) and pulls out. A top prospect in Glenn chooses his preferred spot. McCarthy becomes available. Eagles keep winning…

I get that part. At a certain point, you have to be decisive and make something happen. If Glenn turns you down then you have to have a backup and make that backup happen. If we are waiting on Moore, then I get the delay. If we hire Kafka, Weaver or McCartney, it’s just proof this FO doesn’t know what they are doing and are novices.

I don’t have a lot of faith in Loomis. The fact they couldn’t land their preferred candidate is worrisome. The fact that they they still haven’t hired anyone makes me nervous. It’s like they have no plan.

I think they had a plan.
It went to pieces.
Now all they have is the ol..."whats left" plan.

I think Loomis had a splash plan for HC. One that said to Gayle "look here is the way and we can win with it". No one took it.

Or Moore doesn’t want to leave Hurts yet and turned the team down. Its a sign of other problems, but may not be a sign of complete incompetence

We honestly don’t know this. Moore could have been there target from day 1 and they brought in other guys to check boxes and give the appearance of a thorough job. Or they could have been shunned by Brady, ghosted by Ben, skipped over by Glenn…the reality is none of us know WTF is happening behind closed doors. And any speculation as if it’s a definitive sign one way or the other is based on a preconceived belief of the FO.

There is only 1 guarantee, whoever they sign Loomis will say was there #1 target

How is that funny? Glenn hasn’t even had an above average defense yet.

Sounds like Mccarthy is out because he wants control of certain things.

I've been saying it's kellen moore.

I think I'd rather mccarthy.

interesting story about mccarthy

Why is KM a much better than AG .Is it because he is a minority and
you don`t like that or do you really think KM has separated himself from his firing in Dallas to now having the best OL in football and a great RB and an
above average QB. We are all going to find out which assistant coaches
can be great HCs ,even Lombardi was hired with no one knowing if he
would be successful.Hiring ANY assistant coach is a crapshoot and if you want a sure thing you hire a proven winning HC,Mike Mc Carthy ,his record
is the same as SP and they are about the same age.

Interesting that you cry racism and provide no support for why Glenn is a better option.

Did Kingsbery just say no to us?

Of course he said no, that was to be expected. Kingsbury is still getting paid head coach money from Arizona and has the best rookie QB in the league.

He was never a serious candidate to leave his current situation.

I can tell you that right now. Moore has lead multiple top 10 offenses. Glenn has not matched that on his side of the ball..

I don't think Glenn was as serious a candidate as some due, mainly because we have been likely to go with offensive minded coach vs a defensive during this cycle.

Glenn picking the Jets likely tells you that's the only opening he had a shot at. The jets are a terrible organization.

You're saying the Saints are a "Good Organization?" Get real, man. Good Organizations aren't in the the cellar with the salary cap, can draft players, and don't give out terrible contracts. Mickey Loomis is a nobody without Brees and Payton. 3 straight years of missing the playoffs in a horrible division should be grounds for termination. Gayle should've cleaned house the day after the last game. Like I said a million times, she is right there with being the worst owner in the league. I just don't get how some of you stick up for her.
