Fwiw - I haven’t watched a game. I don’t wish ill will on the team or Drews knees, but I’m not supporting kowtowed behavior. They win, they win. They lose, they lose. However, I ain’t watching. They can be bitches on your tv.

To all the snowflakes that said they weren’t watching the team this year, have y’all stuck to your lame beliefs?

No.

However, I have stuck to my beliefs.

Today I had a long tantric session with the missus about the time you were watching the game. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

You do you and keep cheering for a team that supports a rapist though.

Well they believed Drew lost the locker room and we'd never make the playoffs due to lack of leadership.

Funny that we don't see them posting to eat their crow. They've just shuffled off to other boards to whine about the same stuff after taking L after L with the Saints.

I absolutely eat crow on that. I believed that and I’m happy to be wrong

Was wearing my Saints FDL flatbill at Home Depot tonight in Oregon and did a little dance for a Falcons hat wearing baw. He laughed.

I love the people who say "I haven't watched and I don't miss it!" as they post on a message board dedicated to the thing they've sworn off

At my age, the sessions don’t last like they used to. Criticize all you like...don’t care - had sex.

Hell no I folded likes cheap suit. I watch the Saints and LSU religiously but never another football game. That’s my pathetic little protest.

Aside from checking a score here and there on Sundays just out of curiosity, I haven’t watched a minute of the Saints or NFL this season and I honestly am better for it. No point watching an awful product full or self-righteous millionaires when I can actually do something productive and of value with my time.

If they win this year, i don’t care. It’s not my team or league anymore. For those watching, that’s your business. Too bad some of you though can’t put as much effort to bettering the world than you do in supporting and defending this team and league of spoiled and privileged millionaires.

For the record, it’s not the beliefs that I find lame. It’s the inability to separate them from sports.

Did those fans go looking for racial politics to invade their sports world. Or did racial politics invade their space uninvited demanding they embrace the agenda and virtue signal their acceptance?

Are you not capable of seeing and coping with things that you don’t agree with? Personally I don’t like it either, but they’re aren’t gonna steal my joy and run me off from something I look forward to and enjoy.

Most of your posts have the word “snowflake” in them. So either you’re a bad alter, or it sounds like you’re pretty snowflakey yourself.

Django is a great flick. I had doubts about Jamie Foxx, but he did well.

Unfortunately, in this World, and on this board, there’s a lot of folks who need a good arse fricking.

Keep your fricking social issues out of sports.

The ad revs are going down

Just ask NBA owners how much they are enjoying all the injustice and equality they have to promote

It costs them money. Then they can’t afford to players as much

Said it before. I’ll say it again.

Wear the team uniform

If you have a social cause to promote on MY TIME, you can cut that shite now. Or take a pay cut.

Half my customers would leave me if they knew my political views.

Now, frick off. All of Ya

Not as much as I use to.

Tend to watch the smaller colleges in football. Have watched quite a bit of men's college basketball

Watched all of the NHL playoffs and some of MLB playoffs

I haven't watched a game all year, and I'm surprised that I don't miss it at all. I've taken a step back and I realize 1) how whiney and spoiled american athletes are, and 2) american football is kind of dumb.

Do you realize there is a middle ground? People can still be interested in the team since it is our home team but not watch the games. I dont watch the games, but come here on Mondays to get the take from fans on how the team played. You can do both. Not give the NFL viewership and revenue, but still follow how the team is doing.

BLM and kneeling have been going on since 2016. The issue with me was the way Brees teammates reacted publicly to him after the interview.

It was all about timing, had Brees made those same comments before George Floyd’s death, the publicity behind that interview would not have taken off. Brees was duped by that Yahoo Finance reporter, by asking a loaded question. The reporter knew George Floyd’s death was ruling the airwaves and anything Brees would say could be his big break. He rushed to put that snippet of Brees’s comment out, as the headline of the interview.
