Falcons were the least injured team for the past two seasons. Smart money says they are in for a return to the mean this year.

They were dropping like flies last night. Reminded me of when the Saints played in Atlanta on Thursday night last year. Falcons had a good run on injury luck...that seems to be ending.

Neal will rebound and come back next year still a great player. Hate to see this but fortunately for him it is early and he will be at or near 100% at start of next season. I hope for a good recovery

any relief to saints fans is just a testament to the type of player Neal is. He balls out on the field, terrific player.

Neal is a very talented player and he is a major piece for their team.
Sucks to lose him in the first game of the season and he will be missed by them all.
It is truly a shame that more Saints fans than Falcon Fans know he got hurt last night.

Agreed. This should really hurt their run defense. Neal basically lives in the box, & is a complete beast against the run.
Hopefully he makes a full recovery for 2019.

It very well is but when it comes to it happening to another teams player I really don't give a shite. Especially if it helps us out in anyway, sorry!
