We watched the game at The Swamp Room in Metarie. The booth next to us had a small radio with the radio broadcast blaring loudly. It was great cause we couldn't hear the CBS broadcast at all over the noise.

I remember wishing Henderson did LSU games as Hawthorne was kind of at that stage in his career where he would get all beside himself and make mistakes

Hard to put into words the emotions that audio does to me. I was 20 years old watching at a bar in the warehouse district. Even if we win another Super Bowl absolutely nothing can top that night.
