Ok, I was wrong for not stating the use of the term snowflake and my source of that use being a slang term most widely used during the 2016 election. I was wrong and I apologize for it. Note to self: State all sources for any terminology, slangs or other when posting on Tigerdroppings.

I think that's a fair compromise. I still don't think these protests should be in a stadium before, during, or after a sporting event in which people pay a lot of money to enjoy, but I am glad to see the players got together and realized a better way to do this so as not to offend the fans. I hope the rest of the league takes notice and follows suit.

I have been very outspoken about this and stuck to my guns in boycotting the NFL period, did not watch a second of the Thursday night game. This right here changes everything....I didn't have a problem with the message or the unity....I think that's great! I think this is a respectful, well executed statement that is in good taste...They not fricking with my Flag or disrespecting my Country....Good on them to recognize the execution error and correct it. This should end all the bullshite now and we can get back to supporting our Saints and players! Carry on! And all the best to the players in calling attention to the deep rooted issues!
