If they favor Bell I feel like there are 5 guys like that they can get in the middle rounds
I feel like Lemon’s route tree and YAC ability put him in a different category in this draft

Agreed. Did some deep diving on him and I wouldn’t even mind him at 8. He would absolutely thrive in this offense.

If Bailey, Bain or Delane or there, they go defense. If those guys are gone they pivot to Lemon or Tate

I think you’re right Gyno. From everything Underhill has said, it seems like they really want Bain, Bailey or Downs/Delane and if they’re not there it’s probably Lemon.
Hell I wouldn’t be surprised if they passed up Downs/Delane altogether if Bain and Bailey aren’t there and just go for Tate or Lemon. I know WR is deep and there’s not an elite elite WR but I’d be fine with Tate or Lemon

David Bailey is one of the highest graded pass rushers ever in PFF’s college history
But yeah tell us more about his lack of bend I hate this part of the draft process. It’s everyone convincing themselves everyone sucks and everyone will bust

32 inch arms. Also he was not a speed rusher.
If Bain had normal arms, a 4.9 wouldn't matter as much. He would clearly have a path as your typical power-based bull rusher type.
He certainly has good bend (and power for his size) but the question is if that bend is a plus if he doesn't have the dominant trait (speed) that gives bend value. Kind of like the questions about how he will be able to use his power with his arm issue.
The thing with Bain is all of his positives have correlated negatives that may negate thos positives.
