That makes 4 guys on his coaching staff that were backup QBs in the NFL. If they say backup QBs make the best coaches, we may have the greatest coaching staff ever assembled.

That's something I hadn't thought about but I'd think he stays in TX. He didn't move while his dad was in Philly so idk why he would with his dad much closer to home

Louisiana is unlike philly etc cause they have family roots here. BUT, i'd agree, you'd think living in TX trumps living in LA despite Garrett starting one more year at LSU... That would make a 1 yr gap colton is a senior when garret goes to nfl before maybe colton ends up at lsu.

Unfortunately the Louisiana QB class is nuts for '27 so idk if they'd take him with guys like Haven Ziegler and Houston in state
