Asomugha didn't visit with Saints Coach Sean Payton or General Manager Mickey Loomis, though, as the two were already at the NFL owners meetings in Phoenix on Sunday. So Asomugha, a Lafayette native, likely spent much of his visit with defensive coordinator Rob Ryan since the two worked together in Oakland from 2004-2008.
Asomugha, 32, has already visited with the 49ers, but left San Francisco without a contract. There's been no indication of how far talks went with Asomugha and the Saints on Sunday.

PFT had listed Denver, Arizona, & Houston as also interested in him. Dunno of visits lined up but there could still be more teams on his tour. It's a weak CB market. After his poor play he's prolly getting lowballed. Instead of the blow him away and get him signed before he leaves town, it could be more of him deciding which is the best offer out of none of them that are overwhelming.

At the office park this morning one of the yard workers was wearing a Nnamdi Oakland jersey. It's a sign!!
