I hope that we can have a proper throwback game next season where Doug Thornton isn't able to pull his weight to prevent solid end zones.

I've learned that he is the true enemy, as he has repeatedly sold Saints officials the lie that you "shouldn't paint field turf" as it hardens the rubber pellets.

Never mind that so many teams do it all the time.

Agreed. One minor quibble with their endzones today - the helmet logo is too "modern" with the 2000's face mask style.

Should go with the 70's style instead as the Chiefs, Broncos, Bucs and Seahawks have all done on throwback games

This was the first thing I noticed and I'm not someone who notices such things. They look beautiful.

Mate, if you'd like to delve a bit deeper into the intoxicating world of field design, I'd recommend you start with this video showing the great Mississippi State field decor and design.

I'm working with Chicken to get the green light on an off-season field design symposium on MSB that could contain a design contest with official TD merchandise as the prizes. Stay tuned!

Thanks, SirWinston!

I truly feel that TigerDroppings could use more educational symposiums and the culture and spirited debate they bring.

I have been slightly disappointed in the direction of some of the Forum Members after the lack of engagement in the 2023 Blue/Grey game thread.

The Superdome field looks so plain and awful with the colorless end zones

MEDIOCRITY Reigns in every aspect of the Organization.

Nothing will change until Benson sells the team and/or Loomis is gone.
