Imo, Cam is a HOFr and if he played in NYC then he would be 1st ballot with his ability to defend the run as well as rush the passer. That being said, he has shown the ability to play inside when needed. Strength doesn’t seem to age as quickly as speed and quickness so maybe transition to more DT could be in his future.

Musical chairs. Then our edge would be the worst in the NFL.

A good coach puts players in a position to win.

It's way to early to tell what's going to happen because the D-Line you see on peper today is not the D-Line that will open the season.

My hope is that all the D-Line action this early in FA means a quality DT and Edge will be available at 29 & 40.

cam is DONE, he will barely be a shadow of what he was and with no help around him he will have zero production.

he couldnt be the whole team by himself when he was younger, he sure as hell cant do that now.

honestly im not sure why they signed him, maybe it was for the cap help, but it would have been better off letting him go, rather than be stuck paying another old player, passed his prime, who will underperform at the position.

same goes for landry and honey badger, all of them will underperform at their positions and should no longer still be on this years roster.

It would take two Saint edge guys to be playing better than Cam and our DT's not doing well on third downs...then maybe

speed and quickness

Not really something that has ever been attributed to Cam.

Can would get eaten up faster than a McRib on Canal St. he doesn’t have the gas anymore potentially getting double teamed without running around the side.

Hell no! He can’t take that abuse in the middle at his age!

Wasn't one of their selling points for Turner that he can play inside?
