Ahhh… so he’s been a retarded Rattler rider. Thanks for letting me know. I thought they were all gone by now. I’ll ignore him.

Bears- Rattler had 3 Ints. How many points from those turnovers?
Bills -defense held Allen to 200 yds and sacked him 3 times. Ratt had 126 yards passing.
Note: During the 2025 NFL regular season with the New Orleans Saints, Spencer Rattler struggled significantly on "money downs," completing just 28.8% of his third-down pass attempts
What do you think this does to a defense? He kept the defense on the field because 3 and outs.
Our defense improved as our offense improved.
Cherry picking. These teams scored on their first 2 to 3 possessions. He shite himself in that Bears game lol
His WRs had a 4.5% drop rate in the red zone. Granted he had a 12% bad pass rate in the red zone. I get he sucks but don't pretend our defense was good. It wasn't. Playoff teams scored at will on us and we played from behind nearly every game.

weren't the Saints like the worst first quarter team in the league last year?
it takes two to tango your defense not stopping the other offense and then your own offense not putting up any points.
not complicated to figure out

quote:man you’re thick huh? So Rattler started last night I guess your argument why he sucked is because he played against the Jags better players. If Kellen would have started Wilson and Rattler started second half you would have said he played with our scrubs why he sucked.
No. It's not. Shough would not have gone 5-4 against the teams Rattler played. I'm not saying he'd suck like Rattler but we weren't beating playoff teams no matter who was at QB.

No. I'm telling you this team isn't there yet. We aren't getting 10 wins.

Rattler, at best, is a last option backup…

Rattler is just not a winning QB without a dominant D and running game. He refuses to throw deep.
Saints QBs career per attempt stats:
Brees - 67.7% 5.4% TD, 2.3% INT, 7.6 yards per attempt, 11.3 yards per completion, 6.6 air yards per attempt, 5.6 air yards per completion, 82.4% on target, 11.4% bad throw
Shough - 67.6% 3.1% TD, 1.8% INT, 7.3 Yards per attempt, 10.8 yards per completion, 8.3 Air Yards per attempt, 6.0 air yards per compeltion, 76.5% on target, 15.9% bad throw
Rattler - 62.7% 2.5% TD, 2.1% INT, 6.0 Yards per attempt, 9.5 yards per completion, 8.0 air yards per attempt, 5.3 air yards per completion, 73.2% on target, 14.4% bad throw
Wilson - 57% 2.3% TD, 2.5% INT, 6.3 Yards per attempt, 11.1 yards per completion, 7.8 Air Yards per attempt, 5.8 Air Yards per completion, 72% On Target, 21.2% Bad throw
Carr - 65.1% 4.4% TD, 1.9% INT, 7.1 yards per attempt, 11.0 yards per completion, 7.8 air yards per attempt, 5.8 air yards per completion, 78% on target, 15% bad throw
Hill - 63.3%, 3.9% TD, 2.9% INT, 7.9 yards per attempt, 12.4 yards per completion, 8.2 air yards per attempt, 7.0 air yards per completion, 74.7% on target, 17.2% bad throw
Winston - 61.1%, 4.8% TD, 3.5% INT, 7.6 yards per attempt, 12.5 yards per completion, 10.1 air yards per attempt, 8.1 air yards per completion, 70.4% on target, 19.5% bad throw
Bridgewater - 66.3%, 3.6% TD, 2.3% INT, 7.3 yards per attempt, 11.0 yards per completion, 7.3 air yards per attempt, 4.4 air yards per completion, 79% on target, 14.7% bad throw
Note the advanced stats are only for the last 3 seasons of Brees career when he was a noodle arm...and he still had more yards per attempt and air yards per completion than Rattler.
Rattler ranks dead last among all these Qbs in yards per attempt and yards per completion and only captain checkdown Teddy had a lower air yards per completion
You can see this evidence backed up yesterday when comparing Rattler's 3-5 yard attempts and Wilson actually airing it out.

He's thrin deep in camp and the last 2 years. The play calling is different with him in the game. Whether he can't make the plays or not I don't know but Moore definitely handcuffs him.

you Rattler fan boys die-hard, but there are very few of you left. I admire your resilience.
the data doesn’t lie, nor does the film. Your boy is hot garbage and doesn’t belong on an NFL roster. The topic is settled.

I was hoping he'd do good. He's a Saint. Why would I root against him?
I know he's shite. I've seen it but let's not pretend this franchise isnt littered with shitty QBs. Hes just one of them.
Shough looked really good against garbage teams last year. We'll see if he continues that trend.
He will be playing against more than 1 playoff team. I don't like how the media is propping him up as the next best thing. That's usually never good. We'll see.
Who Dat

When there is actual good OL play and he plays horrid, then perhaps. We keep expecting QBs, RBs, etc to play well and "make plays" but yet we just push aside that the OL has been playing like dogshyte.
As poor as Rattler has been, Wilson has been as bad or worse. Just bc of one preseason game is not a reason to make rash decisions yet.

Cmon its one preseason game. Team needs rattler as starting QB likely gets hurt

Shough was 5-4 to Rattlers 1-7 with the same players. That’s at least somewhat relevant
And people want to harp on playoff teams, but Shough faced some tough defenses who just happened to have shitty offenses, which is why most of those teams missed the playoffs.
Edit:
This is in support of your post, just so it's clear.

Camp means shite when REPEATEDLY he plays the same one read, stare down the read, wait to read the read and still pass to the read even if it isn't open style of play every single game. Yes he can make 1-2 really beautiful throws a game. It's the other 20+ passes where he shits the bed and why we can't score when he is playing.
Not only can he only make one read, he is also off target with his placement, repeatedly pulling the receivers into the defense or making them reach behind their body for the ball, killing their momentum or causing most of those drops that people like to credit to the receiver but is definitely on the QB.
