If not, why doesn't the state of LA have a Stark Country Sherrif arrest Ricky Jackson at the Hall of Fame Game?

What a dumbass. He hasn't been in exile for the last 15 years if anybody wanted to arrest him they would have done it a long time ago.

Because that would have been incredibly stupid and a horrible PR move. But, you probably knew that and are just trying to get stuff started.

Trying to remember... Didn't that child support issue become contested? Didn't he have like 8 kids from 5 different mothers? That kinda thing always lends itself to the messiness of everyone grabbing for a share of the pie.
