Was it a jet sweep that he had to the left side last night, and before it would be a popcorn moment but it seemed to be in slow motion and I just kind of knew he wasn't going to get away from anyone.
You mean the play where one of the best lb’s in football forced the play wider than the Saints wanted, making Kamara cut back right to him. That was just a great play by Leonard.
Just want to point out the guy has been banged up, hasn’t looked like himself, and is averaging 4.5 ypc for the season. But whatever, he is a bum.

Trade him, Jenkins, and multiple draft picks to move up and get their future franchise QB in Burrow. Send Teddy packing. Brees looks like he has a few more years right now. Maybe trade Lattimore too. Not convinced he's anything but a money player. He has been lazy here and takes motivation before he plays up to his ability. Smells like money player to me.

AK41 didn't look like arguably a top 5 back last night, but he has looked his best since he beasted the Seattle defense. I thought maybe he needed more rest to be good for the playoffs, but he might actually need more reps. The more he got fed last night the better he seemed to do. He started off getting 2-3 yards a pop, and by the end of the night got 8-10 yards on a couple of carries. Maybe he is getting back used to game speed and getting hit.

You mean the guys who will both be up for a contract after next season?

multiple draft picks
What draft picks? The 28-32 first, and then a later 3rd?

Considering he is an UFA may not have a choice.

Word on the street is he don't want to be here
I'd love to hear why he doesn't want to be here and who he would rather be playing for

Part of his problem is likely dealing with pain from knee and ankle injuries that forced him to miss games. The other part is teams have been playing him very well. Take him away and until now all you had to deal with is Michael Thomas
Shouldn't be any surprise that with Trequan Smith and Jared Cook emerging as threats that AK41 had a better performance than previous weeks. The more those guys start making plays then defenses will have to start moving eyes over to them.

Puffing your chest over an average performance by Kamara against a bad defense. Classic.

You’re bragging off that game? Bro Reggie Bush could’ve come off the sidelines last night and given a similar performance
4.7 per carry Kamara
3.2 per carry for Murray
So wait, the one game Kamara outshines murray it all of a sudden doesn’t matter

Did Kamara play to y’all’s liking last night?
Was pretty much a non-factor so not really. He gave us nothing that any other average running back couldn't have given us.
14 rushes for 66 yards
5 catches for 23 yards
0 TDs
Yawn

He needs to be traded. Big contracts don't go well for RBs lately. That's reason enough to get rid of him. Sean Payton can adjust an offense to any player's strength.

I like Kamara but he was never a 13-15 million dollar player.
Had he followed up his 18 TD season last year with another one this year, then he would certainly be making in that range.

Ten of his TDs last year came from within 5 yards. TDs are mainly a byproduct of opportunity. His yards per touch is down .6 yards from 5.8 to 5.2
And who cares who is scoring the TDs? There are new faces stepping up and getting in the end zone that we have not seen in years past.
In one breath you bitch about having no help in the offense, and in the other complain about Kamara not scoring 18 TDs again. Yet here ya got all these other guys scorings TDs. This is a good thing
MT13 has 8 TD
Cook, Murray and Taysom have 6 TDs each
Another 9 to Josh Hill, Trequan, Ginn
This offense is a sum of its parts. It’s not even about Kamara, he’s just a cog doing a job.

He played a lot better and our offense is starting to click since Payton is starting to stick to the run more. We play on offense the rest of the season like we have against the Niners and Colts and we’ll be a really tough out

Neither were worth boasting about, but to play along, receiving stats:
AK 5 for 23 (4.6 ypc)
Murray 2 for 20 (10 ypc)

Regardless of how efficient they were
They need to remain a focal point of our offense. If Kamara has 15 carries a game and Murray has 10-12 then I expect our offense to be as potent as ever and if Cook stays healthy then our offense is really going to start to click

Still disapointed. I expected him to get 150 yards rush

I agree with most that he looked a little better but 2 plays stuck out to me. One was a run off the right side where he had a massive hole and a very good angle to potentially break a TD. He got a little over 10 on it I think but a LB was able to get to him and he went down on first contact.
The second was a screen pass for another first down that he just didn't make the spectacular move that we all know he is capable of making and went down on first contact. He is either playing hurt or playing not to get hurt.

shite at this point.....
Taysom Hill > Alvin Kamara
Taysom Hill > Alvin Kamara

He showed Burst on a couple of plays but is nowhere near the player he was the previous two years.
He’s been a liability and wasted down on several plays trying to force him the ball last night.
It is either one of 3 things:
Still significantly injured
Playing it safe to get to his next contract
Mentally not sharp on the field and hesitant (not trusting his instincts)
He’s a great talent, but he’s not the player he was previously and it has nothing to do with Ingram being gone.
