For what? A 6th round pick?

If we could get a 6th for him I’d make the trade in a heartbeat

No way in hell can you tell watching from your TV. The angles they use to broadcast the game it's impossible unless it's a total missed block. I've played or coached football all my life unless you a camera angle from behind the line it's very hard to tell Maybe if you slow each play down you can tell but you have to know what his blocking assignment was before you can tell.A Scrap may look like a missed block but his job was just to hit the DE outside shoulder. I'm not being a dick it's just a fact.

What are we talking about here? My comment in regards to Tony Jones performing well in blitz pickup? Thinking you may have read my comment wrong. I’m not saying he picked up every single blitz but from what I saw he did a damn good job. Made a lot of good blocks and pickups in protection. I played college offensive line so I understand blocking assignments

sadly, RBs typically fall off a cliff in production fast.

All I was saying was it's impossibble to tell if a RB picking up all his blocks by watching it on live TV. If you played OL in college then you know exactly what I'm talking about. What angle did y'all watch when going going over game film? Scraps Chips may look like a missed blocks on live TV.

As the not proud fantasy football owner of Shaun Alexander in 2006, I can say with certainty that he didn't so much fall off a cliff, but he definitely starting making business decisions right after getting paid. He started running like Peyton Manning took sacks; he would just fall down before the hit or step out of bounds for a 5 yard loss.

Devonta does look done.
Freeman had 2-3 really good, Pro Bowl caliber seasons (2x Pro Bowler). It still amazes me how fast a pretty dynamic NFL player like DF can age from 1 season to next.

He’s been washed up since 2018 & he’s definitely not as explosive as the other backs on the roster at this point so he may not survive the 1st cuts really.

Why does it look like he is missing his teeth in that gif?

Isn't that from the movie where he is a cop in new orleans?

I said this in the thread when we signed him and got slack for it. Nice to see after the first game everyone joined me at the party…..

He actually didn't look like that last year with the giants.

He had a game with over 130 yards i think.
