They wouldn’t have any timeouts left if we fumbled. Odds and analytics say to play to clock down to where the other team has virtually zero chance to score when and if they get the ball back.

Goal line? You can just kneel it twice before kicking. It worked out, but it made no sense to not eliminate the chance of a loss before kicking.

He is a cocky idiot. I guess he forgot years ago the the time he pulled the same crap in the superdome against the falcons and the kicker missed a chip shot. He coulda kept running the ball to try for a td. We loss and that W cost us the division to the falcons and we had to go on the road to Seattle with one of our best teams and y’all know the rest of the story. Another year of Brees prime wasted.
