No QB is. Period.
Agree that QB is the answer but it's not Carr IMO.
Have a feeling we'll find out though the way things are going.
he's probably going to get cut by the Raiders but he's just not a guy I think you throw a lot of money at. I don't think he'd be all that good of an upgrade from what we had this past season.
I mean remember, the Saints had their best of the season at his expense and the Raiders.
24-0.

That 49er team is built so well God takes qbs away from them. They were down to their 3rd string and even he was playing well.
You do realize Jimmy G has been there for years right? Not just this year. So you think Winston is good and should start but are high if we think a qb with a career winning percentage better than a HOF qb couldn’t start for us.
Not to mention I think he has one of the all time greatest win road percentages in history. And Winston has never led one team to the playoffs and has started about the same number of years. Sure you not high?

He’s no better than Dalton. He and Allen aren’t winning shite. With this front office and 8-8 records, we will never get difference makers.
I say tank and start over top to bottom.

I think keeping Dalton and adding better players around him is a better option. Carr isn’t worth the money.

Do you not get tired of everyone laughing at you whenever you try to make a point about anything? Or is that something you just get off on?

It's because he's a fricking idiot.
The dolt's argument for Winston a few years ago was Winston was worth it because we have him cheap. He costed us nearly $13 mill last season farting around the pocket and running right into defenders at the first sign of pressure.

Derek Carr coached by Dennis Allen, what could go wrong.

If you guys can't see Jimmy riding a top 5, most of the time top 3 scoring defense to the record he's had, along with an elite running scheme then you're all fricking lost.
Hes average at best, and bad on average. His last 3 seasons
7tds 5 picks in 6 games, injured
20 tds 15 picks in 15 games, mediocre
16 tds, 4 picks in 11 games, average af, thanks for low turnovers though I guess??
OHHH BUT HE MAKES THE PLAYOFFS AND WINS HURR DURR HURR
He is even worse in the playoffs.
In his 6 playoff games in his CAREER, he averages 160 ypg, .66 passing tds per game, and one pick per game.
But hey yeah guys Jimmy's the goods, he's the reason the 9ers win, a 3rd string looking just as good is merely coincidence.

You're a fricking idiot if you look at Jimmie's stats and think he's any type of answer at all to our problems.

Of all my Winston arguments I've never argued his cost made it worth playing him lol.

No you’re a fricking idiot because you’re a fricking idiot. There’s no one else on this board who consistently misses the entire point of a post more than you do.
Just absolutely swing and a miss on nearly every single post
Example:

I never said the words “playing him”. I’m saying on the team in general.

you need the team to suck until they’re in position to draft a top QB.
Because these are always guaranteed Super Bowl winning, Hall of Fame career picks, right? Brees was not drafted by us, he was signed from someone who didn't want him any longer. Not saying Carr is anywhere near Brees' level, just saying drafting a QB is not always a winning decision.

What kind of retarded hedge are you trying to make? You said I said it was "worth it" to have Winston. Worth it implying what? Starting him, which anyone could conclude, stop being a shite semantic arguing moron.

Man, when you can even refute my Jimmy post and you just repeat the same insult over and over. Bad look slapnuts.

being on the team, dipshit.
Thank you for confirm my post.....which you've consistently done for months and months.

Because I've never argued for Jimmy G to be here. That's why I keep repeating that you're a fricking idiot.....it's because you are.

i agree. jimmyg is a major league starting pitcher with 16-8 w/l record and an ERA over 4.

I have a hard to equating Dalton as equal to carr. If you wanna use this year as the sample, sure. If you use the previous 5 seasons, carr by far. If you use career, carr is better.
You may have a hard time with it, but Career stats don't lie. Carr is marginally better than Dalton. Difference is Dalton doesn't cost you big money. Carr's career QB rating is 91.8. That is not that superior to Daltons 87.6.
Career Stats-
Dalton - Gp- 166, PCT CMP - 62.5, Yds Game - 229, td- 244, Ints- 144, QB Rating - 87.6
Carr- GP- 142, PCT Cmp- 64.6, Yds Game- 248, Td- 217, Int- 99, QB Rating - 91.8
