-10. Watch Dan Campbell’s post game speeches compared to this trash. It’ll make you want to run through a wall.

It's so terrible that it actually gives me hope that once you get a somewhat riveting individual to be HC they'll be able to flip it around pretty quickly.

We've seen that last year's roster was able to win 9 games. Dennis Allen is a historically bad coach and is the reason we aren't leading the division. His coaching frickups in both TB games, Cincy game, and Carolina are why we are 5-9 and not at least 9-5.

While the emotion is a problem, there's something much more important. What's Allen's message there? He's all over the place. We didn't take advantage of opportunities...but we did our job...nothing is easy...we answered the phone.

The message 100% of the time needs to be a reflection of what you need to team to be to accomplish your goals vs. what we saw. Nobody who listened to that speech should have any specific belief that next week can be a win (other than the default confidence). Nobody who listed to that speech has any idea specifically what needs to be done to be where they need to be. Nobody who listed has any idea how this team can be different.

It really sounds like his overarching message is, "Let's keep being us and try to navigate through it to another win."

“They’re never easy in this league”. Not when you’re the fricking coach…..

To me this is akin to him coming out at half of the Cardinals game and telling the reporter he told Dalton "just keep doing what you're doing"

DA just doesn’t have the fire to lead an NFL team.

Because Dan Campbell would run through a wall himself, he's that kind of guy. Sean Payton retired to late, if he had retired a year sooner Dan Campbell would be New Orleans head coach. That's the kind of coach players play hard for, emotional, fiery driven kind of coaches that bring out the best in you. Not some ole sly looking, emotionless, I don't give a care douchebag of a head coach like a fuvking Dennis Allen.

Meh, post and pre game speeches honestly are overrated. I’ve actually seen one from him earlier in the year and it was pretty good after a win. Most coaches aren’t gonna come in screaming and yelling during a 5 win season at the end of the year

Every single postgame speech as sounded exactly the same. The amount of time I hear him say “okay” or “alright” all the while fumbling through all our things we need to “clean up”.

How does a coach sound like he’s never spoken to a group of individuals before. What a disaster of a speech

Doesn’t need to scream and yell, but how about: LFG!! Guys/Men, we just won our 5th game. Has the year been great so far? No. We have been hit with injuries and countless other misfortunes, but I’ll be damned. We are one game back and can win this division. Let’s pack up, get some rest and let’s prepare for another Win. The time is now!
