I wouldn't exactly say nailed it.

He said brees could "find ways" to help the black community. He already has. People need to get fricking educated on that.

Demario is pretty much nailing it on ESPN right now. Like others have said, we are lucky to have him.

Lol there's no way in your heart of hearts that you don't know what Brees meant. He has an incredible legacy of charity and good will, both monetarily and in action, but you don't care because you want to join an ignorant mob trying to destroy a great person. You're a punk bitch.

I have actual statistics.

I don’t get why 7000 black people can kill 7000 black people a year and nobody will say anything.

Also, way more white people are killed by police. So what don’t I get?

We get it. There is no room for different perspectives. That's quite obvious.

At this exact moment we are lucky to have someone like Demario who can speak on behalf of the team to the media and do so very well.

frick that football team, tbh. They bullied the best player in franchise history into apologizing for something that he shouldn’t apologize for. This is why they act the way they do. If you say something they don’t want to hear they drag you across the coals until you apologize.

I’m glad he apologized because he needs his teammates to block for him so we can win a frickin super bowl.

demario is one of the few who's put his money where his mouth is and tried to provoke real change, not just pander on social media. So if he can get over it, hopefully some of the the children can to

Agreed. Free speech is being openly suppressed at this point if you're white, especially a white male

In what way?

Be specific. Use actual facts and data.

No feelings.

Demario coming out and accepting Brees’ apology will go a long way with the team. Whether or not we believe he needed to apologize is irrelevant. I don’t think he really said he anything that he thought would offend people. Unfortunately it did offend a lot of people for whatever reason. People like Demario Davis and Malcolm Jenkins carry a lot of weight. If Malcolm Jenkins comes out and says he’s cool with Drew, the rest of the team will eventually follow. Cam Jordan never really took a super hard stance but his opinion will matter.

Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara, CJGJ are brash young guys. They’re emotional and passionate. It’s part of what makes them great on the field. I think they’re going to be fine in the long run.

You want to know how you get whites to hate blacks?

Say things like this. That’s how.

So if your goal is to completely erode any good will, this is a good start.

I give 0 fricks. I want another super bowl and to stick it up Roger’s arse. After this season with the Lombardi in tow, the team can implode. This season, win the whole damn thing.
