I will burn every single Saints items, poster, jersey I have if we draft this dude.
These were my feelings when we were debating signing Cam Newton.
With that said, I agree with your take that Shadeur is not an NFL QB due to his release. However, I wouldn’t break up with my team over it.

Jayden was arse outside of LSU this guy was great with 0 run game.
At LSU he’s easily a heisman contender or any other big school with top talent in the trenches.
Jayden was humble enough to take the coaching. He knew that he needed to improve his processing ability, and he attacked it head on. Jayden also knew that he was needed to take more chances and let it rip.
That was hard for Jayden, because he never wanted to be the cause of turnovers.
The problems from 22, Jayden took upon himself to improve to lift his offense…….and he NEVER threw any of his teammates under the bus.
Jayden isn’t a Diva like Sanders……so they don’t even belong in the same category.

Saints will move up a few spots to select him.

No need. Shady was close with Tom Brady for years and it's clear the Raiders aren't taking him.
Thats enough reason for me to pass on him at 9

It's not irrational. Deion is an attention whore who puts himself in his son's spotlight. His son has his own questionable moments through college which isn't surprising considering Deion is his dad. I would not trust either one of them to be diva free from the Saints. I think it's a fair question and I highly suspect that if something doesn't go Sanders way at a bad ball club he's going to immediately go diva mode asking for a trade and Deion will just use the media to reinforce his son. He's not as good as he thinks he is and he's probably falling for a reason. Pass.
If you're going this route snag another QB with less baggage. My irrelevant opinion is Sanders will be a major bust in the NFL just from an attitude perspective. I don't like him or Dart. The only one I'd even consider moving up for is Ward and I'd even question that move personally.

The Raiders or Giants will land him, and the Saints will be stuck with a USED CARR..

Give me all the hoopla with Deion in New Orleans, I don't need a monastery in the dome.

PFN/PFSN did a mock with an content creator/beat writer for each team:
LINK
It has Sanders going to the Browns at #2:
(Tom Moore, Senior Editor at Dawgs By Nature) Some may not be completely sold on Shedeur Sanders, but the Cleveland Browns need to find their next quarterback, and Sanders is the best bet. It may take him a little bit of time to settle in, but he has the smarts and the playmaking ability the team needs, and doubters will look back on the pick as the day the Browns finally got it right at the game’s most important position.
Stats & Insights Analysis: The Browns have had their highest-ranked quarterbacks over the past two years finish as QB19 (Joe Flacco) and QB24 (Jameis Winston) in their respective seasons, according to PFSN’s QB+ metric, so taking another bite at the apple is a logical move.
Sanders’ accuracy is his calling card, and Cleveland is betting on that in a big way. Over the past two seasons, a team has finished a season with a sub-60% completion rate and an interception percentage north of 3% three times:
2023 Browns
2024 Browns
2024 Colts
It also has the Saints going with Will Campbell at #9:
FYI - there was also a trade between the Bengals and Panthers:
Bengals trade Trey Hendrickson and #17 (Mykel Williams) for the Panther's #8 (Jalon Walker) and #74 - Might help explain the Saints pick

(Caleb Yaccarino, Contributing Writer, Canal Street Chronicles) The New Orleans Saints’ current offensive line group has some talent, but there are still issues. With no long-term answer at left guard and starting right tackle Trevor Penning’s fifth-year option deadline coming up, investing here should be a priority. Kellen Moore has also made it known how much he values the offensive line, and after the success he had in Philadelphia, why not try to build that in New Orleans?
Stats & Insights Analysis: Any time you have a pocket-locked quarterback as the Saints do, the importance of the offensive line is amplified.
Lamar Jackson, Jared Goff, and Jalen Hurts
Two invitees to the MVP ceremony and a Super Bowl champion; those were the only three QBs with a higher non-pressured passer rating than Derek Carr in 2024. With him and his weaponry hoping for more in the way of health luck this season, the ability to keep him comfortable is paramount if this team wants to rebound from their worst season since 2005.
