Trade deadline is tomorrow, November 2. No criminal charges have been filed against him, only civil lawsuits. One of the claims by the alleged victims is being investigated by FBI as a possible extortion claim. Civil suits will get settled. This guy is a game changer. Worth a couple of first rounders. Houston is desperate and is hoping to start a bidding war among teams who need a quarterback.

You’re a fricking idiot if you think we can just pull someone off the street

The NFL will eventually hammer him. They haven’t yet but if the Saints sign him, said disciplinary process would be fast-tracked.

No need to get nasty. I don't expect him to come in and immediately start. Taysom is your starter for at least several games. Watson can be your long term solution, and is a much better option than Winston, Hill, or any other QB the saints have.

We have a starting QB in Taysom already. He ain't the best, but he has been in the system for years.

I'll play along. Once we acquire a QB we can't afford, who is he going to throw the ball to? We just gave up a shitload of very important picks so no other needs will be able to be addressed as well. We just hope every pick in later rounds is a homerun for the next few years?

Not sure if you know it or not, but due to Watson's contract, he basically gets to name which team they trade him to. I would think New Orleans would be on a list of teams he would like but we don't know that for certain

if we are going to torpedo the future over a QB, then try to get Rodgers for next season. Immediate NFC favorite

LOL, apprently the rest of the league does not agree. Watson is a game changer for the opposing team. All his stats are when the Texans are at least two scores down and they are trying to play catchup. His stats when the game is on the line is HORRIBLE!

NO NO NO on Watson. If he was good then why did the Texans never have success with the Defense and the offensive weapons they had around him.
