Winston would have pressed and probably turned the ball over. Dalton was cool and led a great drive.

We don’t have Thomas or Kamara and Dalton is out here leading. It’s an improvement for sure

Don't fall for this

You know what Dalton will give you, and over the course of the season, it won't be good.

Dalton is smarter than Jameis, more accurate than Jameis, more experienced than Jameis, and the offense clearly performs better with Dalton than Jameis.

Better than Winston with 4 broken vertebrae, I agree.

But again, if you want Dalton and think he's better than Winston, that's fine, I'm not arguing that. Just know that you will have a shitty QB who performs like a shitty QB over the course of the season. Don't let 1 game or half fool you into thinking he'll always do this. He won't.

I’m in agreement with this.

Dalton is like Semien last year. Can dink-n-dunk for a few games, but teams will adjust and we will end up the same as last year. Don’t forget that Dalton almost threw an interception earlier.

I like Dalton’s anticipation. I Wish Winston had that. But Dalton isn’t the answer.

uh huh....but somehow that one 4th quarter against the Falcons is enough for Winston fans?

no one is saying Dalton is "the answer".

He's just proving to be the better option. And you want to play the people who give you the best chance at winning.

For most of our games this season...we just need someone behind center who isn't going to lose us the game.

Can't be watching the same game...

He fumbled right before the half

Two dumb plays to end that last drive

Which plays? He made two phenomenal throws to Olave. The last one just couldn’t come down in bounds but it was perfectly placed.

Meh
He had room to place that one more away from the sideline on that last pass

Subpar QB play over the course of the season.

Big fumble and turnover at end of 1st half gave the Vikings 3 points that won the game! But the offensive line can be sighted as the cause for the sack!?

I was talking about the drive that ended up with the 60 yd FG. Went deep on 2nd down when Murray had success running the ball. 3rd down was bad throw.

Vikings helped us out with 5 FGs.

He looked rattled when he did that 360 degree turn in the pocket and fumbled. But all in all he was solid and the Oline was much better today. The refs, unfortunately, were the same.
