I'm not sure you understand what I'm saying.
In short. teams that are competing have little patience for players like Young, figuring out how to be a professional, especially if they're not performing up to expectations.
Teams not competing but just trying to get better have more leeway to deal with this while trying to help the player become more professional and effective.
That's about as simple as I can moke it.
