Funny, but I don't think she would be able to just gift it to anyone. There is a liquidity requirement of something around 20% (they were talking about it when Panthers were up for sale) that the majority owner must be able to stake. It cannot be a combination of owners, so which one would have $200M liquid (that's just assuming a $1B valuation)

Graves net worth is less than Peyton Manning's but if he sells Canes he would probably be more liquid.
There are two people from Louisiana worth more than Gayle. William Goldring (New Orleans) and Matt Stuller(Lafayette). Worth roughly 3.9 and 7 billion respectively. Not sure either would be interested but Goldring seems like an interesting possibility.

The Saints current value is approaching 3B. That really limits the buying pool.
