I am with you Midget. frick this dude.

On a day where Steve Gleason's condition was in the forefront....A quiet leader during his time, a mere special teams player. Pretty much the 46th best player on a team of great players.

It takes him being terminally ill for some Saints fans to appreciate what he was. The effort he expended, the people he made smile. The same people are blinded by what we have right now, and what we have had over the last few years as Saints fans.

How the frick is someone going to sit there and question these guys effort? Question Drew Brees' effort. Jimmy Graham, Mark Ingram. Our backup OL guys that were forced into play. Yeah, frick this dude.

One day in the future were area all going to sit around and remember these times, and cherish what is actually going on here. Too many people take for granted the team we have RIGHT NOW. They get lost in the moment. Spoiled rotten. If you don't enjoy it now, it will pass you the frick by.

I remember the bad days. Walking into the dome with the Billy Joe's under center knowing we had not shot at even winning. Going home from the Dome on a Sunday knowing that my whole week was going to be ruined because the Saints lost. If you were there, you would know the feeling. You would know to cherish what you have now. To not question these guys who have brought joy to our life every week the last 5-6 years. The leadership has never let them give up before. why the frick would you think they didn't 'want it' yesterday?

So yes, this bandwagon frick can go frick himself. frick you Saints fans who dont get angry over people like this. For people that leech of the success of the last few years. You not know what it is like. This is OUR team. Not your team. They play hard for us. They play for people like Steve Gleason, who is going to die soon. The same guy that gave his all on the field every opportunity he got, never gave up. Think of what he stands for. Think of what he was. The same guy we took for granted for years. The last guy on the roster who played his arse off and brought us joy. Think of what the Saints were playing for, and what they have been playing for. It's bigger than just a leather ball. Its about this city. It is about the spirit of all New Orleanians.

Read the paper today and see the props the players gave to the fans, how it was not only the players "win", but the city's win. And you are going to sit here and say they dont want it, or for someone to calm down for getting mad over this? Realize what you have. Get your damn head out your arse. Or these times will pass you the hell by.

actually, I'm going to defend the OP a bit

the intensity the saints played with seemed to change at the moment kareem jackson helmeted brees on the ground...

team just seemed to be playing with more fire at that point...players were trash talking, flexing muscles and jimmy graham was dragging motherfrickers to the endzone

so maybe he wasn't that far off, but still premature to call it a Loss

The op was silly, but some of these responses are silly too. Just laugh at it and bust his balls a lil. We don't need people revoking fan cards and beating their chest. I can't believe some of you take yourselves that seriously. I love the Saints but it's a damn game.

Its not that he called it a loss, is that he questioned the players intensity. I didn't feel like their intensity level ever changed, I think their focus did. They were getting dragged all over the field, then realized that Houston couldn't score TDs. That gave the D something to hang their hat on. Once the O started moving, they were able to focus on winning and they had a plan. I'm almost glad Jimmy Graham got chewed out by SP and Brees for that INT, because that lit a fire under him. Then, Brees just got mad at the Jackson hit and put Lance in the slot and worked him over for two drives, a TD and two 2pt conversions.

The intensity was there, the execution wasn't.

so we agree something changed at this moment. it's not like i think they were going through the motions, but they were different from this point forward

Yes. But not intensity. I think Brees said, "I can pick on this guy, and Lance can beat him." And it worked....for the rest of the day.

i disagree but whatever, i think drew said "frick this guy, let's feed him his balls" and it worked...for the rest of the day. Drew is a pretty competitive guy

like i said, i think they had fire the whole game, it was just thermonuclear temperatures in the 2nd half. I'm getting amped just thinking about it

I'm sorry. I'm wrong. The saints are the most importantthing in life. Anyone who gets over emotional and post doom and gloom threads aren't real fans.

you can blow me too.

It's more than a game just because we add meaning to it. I use to be a truck driver and I use to stay at home for late games, drive 4 hours to pick something up, then drive another 4 hours to somewhere I had to deliver to the next day. I would maybe get an hour of sleep. I don't miss games.

It is a game though. Some people are over-emotional. My brother is that way during games. We get behind and all of the sudden "We can't cover anybody" or "We can't sack anyone." It doesn't mean he's not a real fan, he just may be a shitty one. But I digress.

This chest thumping shite is ghey. But if it's so important for some of you guys to win this online pissing match, I concede. You have the bigger fan cock.
