I think he has to go 8-11 in his next 19 games to equal Jamarcus' NFL win-loss record (9-22).

They will be down for a while and it's not b/c of Young although I agree that his is not the answer they needed. I was shocked they didn't take Richardson tbh. It's because they have zero offensive line and did nothing to address the offense in that draft except draft Young. They went all defense and gave up several picks which was boneheaded move.

do you?

its very clear that coaching staff is as bad, if not worse, than ours is.

you cannot honestly evaluate youngs play until he has decent coaching around him.

There are certain things that you can look at like "does this guy just throw balls in the general third of the field near the closest receiver but not actually to that guy".

i think i counted like 8 poorly thrown passes in a row. not to mention, balls thrown to completely blanketed guys. i also think his pocket presence has gotten much worse in the pros from college.

add all of that to the fact that hes literally 5'8" 165.

i would not be surprised if Jake Haener would flash more in that situation than BY given identical scenarios. And i dont say that to pump up Haener.

Agree, and the skill position players around him don’t appear to be that good either.

I was in the dome yesterday, and was kind of surprised by his running ability. I knew he was pretty fast, but he’s also elusive. I was also surprised they didn’t have more designed runs for him, but as everybody points out, he’s not a big guy. He did miss a couple deep balls to open receivers. A few missed badly.

I’m not sure I’d write him off just yet, but the Texans look much better off with Stroud.

He wouldn't make it two games doing that

Their receivers got little separation yesterday.
And when there was a little space, You g’s accuracy wasn’t the best.

He looks shell-shocked at this point. They might want to consider shutting him down for the season, for his confidence.

It's worth noting his efficiency is comparable (but still worse) to Lawrence's first year at Jax.

You can see from Lawrence and Tua how much of a difference coaching can make for QBs.

I'm not suggesting he will be great, but if they can make a good offensive hire, he might be.

I think Reich was a lot better than Allen. He actually had winning records and got teams to the playoffs. And was still fired before Allen.

Yep was never ever a fan of the midget. He’s got nothing the NFL requires to be good. Much less great
