Yeah, i have to agree. weak arm to begin with, and now hes well in to his 30's. expect more INTs until Payton realizes this and adjusts the playclling. We;re gonna have to move to a Defense/run-game first offense in the very near future if we want to have a chance to win some games. Brees can be a very good game manager for that.

If only he were correct. It's going to happen one day... but that day won't be this year.

Speck is the one on the rant that wants Miles to have a statue like Saban has in Alabama. I think Brees should have one now. He is responsible for lifting a whole city after Katrina

He's clearly showing signs of decline by throwing for over 5000 yards again and throwing 40 tds. That's terrible.

As much as I hate to admit it, Drew has seen his peak. A lot of people say his poor performance in the clutch last year was due to S. Peyton not being there. We all know that is BS, Brees arm strength is on par with an average NCAA QB and his movement in the pocket has become a step slow. Sad times for the Who Dat nation in the next 2 years, 7-9 at best.

LOL no troll here, just giving you an honest opinion of what is going on. Wake up guys this is the same offense we have seen the last 6 years, they have only done one thing gotten slower and older oh my bad that's two. Look at the tape from last year Drew has to stand on this tippy toes to complete a pass, defense know that his arm strength is not what it was even 2 year ago will make defending the offense very easy. Watch how many 3 an outs the AINTS have this year. Adding better talent around Drew would have helped his cause, who did they add Mark can't find a hole Engram. LOL

i know you are rustling jimmies and all, but get real idiot.

last year was an awful season for the saints in general. and he still put up incredible numbers. he had literally 2 games where he threw a ton of picks but given the circumstance he had to. a lot of times brees will heave a ball before the half or the end of the game that will get picked. brees is still incredible even this preseason.

last year in a saints down year.
Brees
96.3 QB RATING (Tom Brady's was 98.7)
5,177 yards (1st in the entire NFL)
43 TOUCH DOWNS (1st in the entire NFL)

I think that widely offsets the ints.
