I agree.
If you're going to do a moment of silence, then you should have done one last week for the catholic school shooting. Or a moment of silence for the anniversary of Katrina.
Honestly, at the rate this country is going, we'd end up having multiple moments of silence every week.

I'm a native, I was there at the 1st game against the Rams, Tom Dempsey's kick, 1st playoff victory. My fandom softened when Brees took a knee to the BLM thugs, now it is gone completely.

Screw the Aints and their demented fans.

Kirk was murdered for peacefully exercising free speech with an inviting and loving heart. It was literally an attack on free speech itself. If you don't have a moment of silence for that, you don't have a fricking country.

You have to be a real piece of shite to compare a cold-blooded murder and political assasination to some SJW moron kneeling during the national anthem.

Horrible comparison

What is there to explain? I pay good money for 4 lower level seats to watch a game and be entertained. I do agree that some things should be recognized… Sept 11th, Katrina, elected officials, community leaders, anything dealing with kids.

How in the frick does this nonsense have more upvotes than downvotes?

If Don Lemon a Louisiana native gets killed do you think the Saints would hold a moment of silence? I doubt it and they shouldn’t.
Well, Don is a bit irrelevant these days. But, if he were killed under the same circumstances as Kirk there would definitely be a moment of silence.

He wasn't just a podcaster. He was the CEO of Turning Point USA, a huge influence to the younger generation of voters, an evangelist, and was going to be the youngest president in the history of our country.

Trump doesn't get elected without him.

He was assassinated on stage in front of a large crowd of college students, engaging debate. The killing has taken on a shock similar to JFK and MLK, that's why a moment of silence was the right thing to do. Those that disagree are simply leftist morons! .
