They traded for tres replacement last year.
Poyer was toast.
Morse is the only real player and he has a rough concussion history and was getting up there.
It wasn’t as bad as it looked today - just abrasive that they did it in one day

A. he's a vet minimum guy imo at this point.
B. he'd be a great lockerroom guy w the secondary and tm7
C. he did fill in at some safety for the steelers last year which is a bit more interesting.

Saints already have older 30+ year-old locker-room vets at every level of the defense. This team needs young explosive talent.
